How long have you been in business?
Orlando City Pasta was started in 2011 to provide Central Florida with premium, artisan pasta that it so sorely lacked.
How did you get started?
I started at Orlando City Pasta in high school as my after school job. That passion for making pasta never left me, so when the previous owner decided to retire, I jumped at the opportunity!
What kind of products/services do you offer? 
We offer locally crafted artisan pasta made fresh using the finest traditional ingredients – durum semolina flour, egg, and just a touch of sea salt and olive oil. Our vegan options, including our potato gnocchi, offer the same quality minus the animal products. Each bite of our ravioli brings a burst of luxurious filling – whether it be filled with 4 oozy cheeses, 7 types of organically grown mushrooms, or the gourdy goodness of brown butter sage butternut squash, we’ve got ravioli for everyone’s appetites.
What’s your favorite product/service that you offer?
I can’t get enough of our vegan Gnocchi! I’m a sucker for any and all dumplings.
What’s one thing that your customers might not know about you personally–or about your product/service?
Pasta making isn’t as simple as it sounds (flour,egg, mix together and roll out). Each day presents a challenge – humidity, temperature, airflow, and other environmental factors can play a huge part in the end results of your pasta!
What is one thing that you plan to do in the future–in other words, what are your goals/dreams for your business?
My dream is to continue spreading the goodness of what fresh pasta represents – the lifestyle choice to always seek out the best local ingredients and let them shine in harmonious food full of flavor.
