Eden’s Rose Total Care offers homemade hair moisturizer, hair oil, hair leave-in spray, and seashells for hair.
The owner says, “Eden’s Rose Hair care was established in August of 2010. My hair was dry, brittle, breaking, shedding and coming out from the root. I did not know whether to attribute my hair loss to the recent birth of my son, poor diet, or bad hair-care practices. All I knew was that I was tired of hiding my hair under wigs, braids, and pony-tails. I wanted to get to a point where I could wear weave for variety rather than necessity. The final straw for me was the day before I did “the big chop”. I had just gotten a relaxer a few weeks prior and I was combing my hair, my husband came into the restroom and asked why my back was covered in hair. I just stood there crying, frustrated and desperate to figure out what was happening to my hair.
I then discovered YouTube and realized that I was not alone and that I did not have to relax my hair…there was no rule that mandated that I do it, the next day I cut my hair. I soon discovered the same products I used before no longer worked and that my scalp was extremely dry, flaky, irritated and inflamed. I found out about Shea butter and a variety of other natural oils and butters and I have been playing in the kitchen and my head ever since! I failed over and over and finally found a formula that works for my hair.
