The Market features local musicians/entertainers to provide energy, atmosphere, and background ambiance for the Market.

Minimum criteria for consideration:

    • Instrumentalists over vocalists.
    • Three hour set with little to no repetition.
    • Soloists preferred, duos considered. Ensembles of three or more rarely accepted.
    • Must provide links to video or audio clips of your performances.
    • If you require a tent, you must provide your tent, tent weights, extension cords and cord covers as needed.
    • Tip collection allowed.
    • Performance time 10am – 1pm, 15 minute breaks allowed.

Locations within the Market footprint will vary week to week.
Entertainer compensation is $100 for the three hour performance. Not all applicants are accepted as multiple factors are considered when evaluating or adding entertainers to the Market calendar.

Because of limited space and the desire for background music that creates ambiance rather than puts on a show, we accepted solo artists and duets only. We do have other events where large groups may be appropriate. If you are a group larger than 2, we will consider you for those events.
