How did you get started?
Hi everyone! We are Kimmy’s Fudge, and we are so excited to be a part of the Downtown Lakeland Curb Market. Kimmy’s Fudge is a family operated small business consisting of Kim, Tim, and Ashley that brings you homemade, old-fashioned fudge. We moved to Florida in 2000 because of our love for Disney and all ended up with careers within the company. As 2020 did to so many around the world, it hit us hard when we were all laid off.
It took us a little bit to get on our feet, but we knew we had to find a new way to spread some magic across Central Florida. While making our grandmother’s fudge recipe over the holidays, we decided sharing it with all of you was going to be our next adventure. Our Mama’s Signature Flavor, Peanut Butter Walnut, is the family recipe that started it all. Kimmy has transformed the base of that recipe into over 25 flavors! Kimmy herself has lived in Lakeland for five years, and we have all grown to love the community, which makes us so grateful to have this opportunity to connect with all of you. We hope to see you at the market!

We make local deliveries through our website. So if we do not have the flavor you are looking for at the market, you can order any of our flavors on our site.
What is one thing that you plan to do in the future–in other words, what are your goals/dreams for your business?
The goal of our business would be to eventually be able to ship our fudge nationwide.
